Red Clover Ale Company

Red Clover Ale Company is a brewery and taproom in Brandon, run by Pete, Andy and Riker, three men linked by marriage in what Pete calls a brother-in-law chain. Each brings different skills to the business. The idea for the brewery started while Pete and Riker spent five years managing a dairy farm, and Pete grew up working on his family’s sixth-generation dairy farm. That farming history shapes the taproom and the branding, and Pete compares the two trades, saying that in both farming and brewing you get out what you put in and there are no shortcuts. The brewery describes its goal as brewing simple, accessible beers and doing it exceedingly well. Its rotating lineup leans toward hoppy styles, including a hoppy lager, session, West Coast and New Zealand-style IPAs, and a non-alcoholic hop seltzer, with several beers sold in four-packs. The taproom also hosts private events.
