Stone Corral Brewery

Stone Corral is a Vermont brewery and taproom that makes lager, ale, kombucha, fruited seltzers and root beer, along with a full food menu. Its stated mission is handcrafted flavor to share with friends and family. Ingredients come from local farms or the wider market, with an emphasis on freshness and sustainability. The beverages are made traditionally with no additives or filtration. Honey is the only animal product sometimes used, and it is clearly labeled. The brewers work in classic styles as well as newer flavors. Featured beers have included Double Cross, a double India pale lager; Cochran’s Mountain Lager, a Dortmunder export; First Cut Helles; a schwarzbier; and Bad Rooster Vermont IPA. A Mexican Chocolate Mousse Cake imperial stout uses cocoa nibs, Vermont maple syrup, chili peppers and cinnamon. The taproom takes reservations and takeout orders, offers catering and hosts live music and other events.
