Foam Brewers

Foam Brewers is a brewery in Burlington. It also has a second brewery, The Annex, in Hinesburg, and a brunch and events space called Deep City. It was founded in 2016 by a varied group of industry professionals who share an interest in brewing, science, art, music and culture. Todd Haire, who has spent his working life brewing, wrote a short ode to foam, built on the idea that great beer has always sat under its foam. Foam supports local artists through an artist series of cans made in collaboration with them, and it runs an annual Foam Canvas Contest that encourages people to create and share original artwork. With House of Fermentology, it also launched Natural Hack, a small low-intervention wine, cider and mead project developed over two years. Foam puts out new releases, sells beer and merchandise online, and offers private events.
